| Self-Raising Flour - 175 grams |
| Butter - 60 grams |
| Castor Sugar - 35 grams |
| Dried Cranberries - 40 grams |
| Grated Green Apple - 75 grams (1 apple) |
| Milk - 1/4 cup |
| Salt - 1/2 teaspoon |
| Vanilla Extract - 1/2 teaspoon |
| Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 teaspoon |

Preheat oven to 200*C. Grease and line a shallow baking tray. Sift flour and salt into a bowl. Rub the butter in, till mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Toss in everything else but the milk and vanilla. Give the mix a stir. Add the vanilla and milk, mix gently to moisten. Do not overmix! Place heaping teaspoonfuls of mixture on the prepared tray. Bake for about 20 minutes until the rock buns are golden brown. Makes about 24 small buns.
