| Plain Flour - 1 1/2 cup |
| Softened Butter - 1/2 cup |
| Soft Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup |
| Caster Sugar - 1/4 cup |
| Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon |
| Salt - 1/2 teaspoon |
| Vanilla Extract - 1/2 teaspoon |
| Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons |
| Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - 1 cup |

| METHOD |

Preheat oven to 180*C. Cream butter and both the sugars together. Fold in sifted flour and baking soda. Add rest of the ingredients. Drop rounded spoonfuls of the cookie mix on ungreased pans and bake for around 10 to 12 minutes. Cool for 3 minutes before removing to wire racks. Enjoy!
