A delicious, easy and mild chicken dish, which looks great and will have a broad appeal as its not too spicy. It goes well with steamed rice and a veg or with soft tortillas and salad.

| INGREDIENTS |
Chicken thigh fillets - 400 grams, chopped into bite-sized pieces

Grind into paste:
|
- Green Chillies, mild - 4
- Onion - 1, large
- Coriander (cilantro) - 1 cup, packed
- Ginger - 1 slice
- Garlic - 2 cloves, peeled
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam Masala - 1 teaspoon
- Greek Yoghurt - 1/2 cup
- Chicken Stock - 1/2 cup
Salt and Pepper to taste |

| METHOD |
| Marinate chicken with the ground paste and leave aside for 1 hour at least. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken till its done, about 15 minutes. Adjust seasoning and remove from heat. Serve with steamed rice. Serves 4. |

| TO TWEAK THIS |
| To make this dish even milder, de-seed the chillies before grinding for the marinade. Some chopped tomatoes added at the end of cooking time adds color to the dish. Works well on toasted rustic rolls or in wraps. |
