A super-easy pasta recipe which relies on the quality of the ingredients to give a real taste-high! Check out the "Tweak It" portion at the bottom of this page for the veg version which tastes as good as the seafood version.

| INGREDIENTS |
| Smoked salmon - 65grams, cut into thin strips |

Feta cheese - 45 grams, crumbled
|

Semi sundried tomatoes - 35 grams, chopped
|

Walnut pieces - 35 grams, chopped
|

Fresh Basil - 10 grams, thinly shredded
|
|
Extra virgin olive oil for tossing
|
| Tri-colour fusilli - 100 grams |

| METHOD |
|
Before boiling the pasta, all the ingredients from the smoked salmon to the basil have to prepared. This is essential. Then, when everything is ready and at hand, start the pasta going. Boil according to package instructions, drain and toss in everything adding a little olive oil to give the pasta a nice silky glaze. Serve at once with plenty of freshly ground pepper. Unbelievably easy and oh so delicious!

TO TWEAK THIS RECIPE
|
| To make a veg version of the pasta, just omit the salmon and increase the walnuts to 50 grams. For a pretty decent, cheaper altenative, try it with 100 grams of canned salmon. |
