Basically, this is my take on curried sausages. They are great eaten on rolls or with mashed potatoes and peas or with some steamed rice. It's a pretty mild dish, so kids won't have any problems with it. In fact, it is a kiddi meal!

| INGREDIENTS |
| Frankfurters - 12, your favourite kind, lightly pan-fried |
|
Onions - 2, peeled and sliced
|
|
ARVI Spice Blend - 1 teaspoon
|
|
Plain flour - 1 teaspoon
|
|
Chicken Stock - 1/2 cup
|
|
Tomato Ketchup - 1/2 cup
|
| Lemon juice - 2 teaspoon |

| METHOD |
|
Fry onions in 2 tablespoons of oil till lightly browned. Then add ARVI Spice Blend, stirring all the time. Add the flour followed by the chicken stock. After the mixture starts bubbling, add all the other ingredients before adding the franks. That's it! We're done!
