These minced Lamb Koftas are absolutely delicious and very easy to make. They are a great accompaniment to any Indian meal but I love to serve them in a wrap with salad, just like falafel. The ARVI curry powder is so aromatic, that few ingredients are needed to make this dish exceptional in taste! Try it for yourself and you'll taste what I mean!

TO TWEAK THIS RECIPE
|
| I haven't actually tried tweaking this recipe, but I have had to substitute the gram flour with fine rice flour or self-raising flour and it still turned out fine. If anyone out there has any ideas for tweaking this recipe, drop me a line. I'd love to hear it! |
