The Mint Magic is the latest addition in our chilled desserts. The  signature dark chocolate cup is filled with peppermint liqueur infused white chocolate mousse and topped with a decadent swirl of very dark chocolate mousse.  Here is the latest addition to my Candybox Cake Family - the Mother's Day Candybox Cake. It weighs in at around 1.2 kilograms and is embellished with metallic dragees, and gold and silver brushed hearts all around the sides. Fillers are fondant covered mini cupcakes. This is a very special cake for a very special lady!

 Another new addition to this site - Mini Canape Cakes! These are vanilla flavoured with vanilla buttercream and toasted coconut around the sides. Each canape is topped with an iced fondant disc or star. The cakes are 2 inches across and about 3 inches high. A lovely treat to share with the friends and family. |
